ok because noone else wants to update the site like they should I decided I will do somes…

First of all last club meeting for the semester was yesterday (Monday May 10).  Thanks to all who came and stuff.

Secondary elections also took place yesterday also.  Pretty big thing in club not to have been posted on the site I think.  Anyways apparently votes will still be accepted until this Friday or something.  I’m sure someone will post something regarding that here later.

Thirdly, next Friday (May 21, 2010) in the TSU Underground (TV/Gaming Area) the club will be having their “End of the Semester” party.  Basically it starts from 4ish and ends till 9ish (usually we stay way past 9 anyways).  It’s free bowling and pool and whatnot.  Pretty sure its a potluck, so bring food.  Card games and video games may be present..  Maybe someone who knows whats going on will post that also.

And finally, if you haven’t already noticed… I got lazy and never did get around to finishing that new design for the site.. I may or maynot decide to finish depending on stuff.  Hopefully the new webdesigner(s) will do a better job at keeping promises than me, then again I’m not really the clubs official web designer oO.

Anywho thats all, hope to see every at the party who couldn’t make it to the last meeting.

Ok this is completely last minute; but there will be a Karaoke Night, this Friday (November 20, 2009) @ G G Karaoke Studio in Garden Grove.

Now before I give out more info, I need to make something very clear first.  This is not an Anime Club sanction event. So therefore it is in no way related to CSUF Anime Club or the school.  Basically you are held responsible for your actions, your guests, and most likely what you consume at the event. ::cough::

Now hopefully that was clear enough for everyone.  I’ll get to the details.

ECCHI SOCIETY PRESENTS KARAOKE NIGHT

We will meet at the place at around 5pm.  There will be no food involved with this karaoke night unlike the last one, so eat before or have money to go somewhere later.  Basically I’d say bring at least 10-12 bucks for the karaoke.  Depending on how many people go and whatnot will determine the price and how long we will be there for.  From my understanding they do no serve “adult beverages” there, but do not have a problem with you bringing your own.  So if you would like to bring some to “share” with everyone please do.  Though I don’t think anyone will card, if you are underage we hope you are responsible enough not to partake it “adult activities”.  Also if you are going to consume some adult beverages and plan to “not feel so well” please have someone drive for you.  Because once again WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOU.

Anyhoo if you are one of the few people who need a ride to this place, I guess we can set a carpool up.  If you need a ride please let us know before Thursday. You can do so by posting here (this news post) or in the forums somewhere.  We may or may not grab a bite to eat afterward,  if we do expect it to be cheap (i.e In-n-Out).

UPDATE

Ok so we will be meeting tomorrow (Friday November 6, 2009) down in the TSU Underground at around 4pm. Since the Underground closes at around midnight, we can almost stay there all night. Bring a laptop with the game if possible. We will need at least two to teach people the basics of the game. Also again if you would like to come to hang out or play a game or two, come also. I won’t be there until around 6pmish myself, but someone from the society will be there. Bring Magic or Yugioh cards to make due with the time.

UPDATE

Many of you know that we have a DotA playing group within the club, more or less the Ecchi Society. Course we are welcoming new players into the group to make it more fun. So we are having a teaching session for people who would like to play, but do not know how this Friday. Time is TBD, location is most likely down in the underground TSU. As of right now the event could happen or not, just check out the site before you decide to go.

If you already know how to play, but still want to come, go ahead you get to met everyone you’re going to be playing with.
